The room was spacious with a gorgeous view and direct access to the ski slopes. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offerings were varied and satisfying.
The shower and toilet rooms were not practical. Two people could not use them at the same time.

The comfort room offered a good accommodation experience, with pleasant amenities like an electric car charger in the parking lot and close proximity to attractions. The food options were disappointing, characterized by a lack of variety and poor quality, and the absence of daily room service was inconvenient. While the skiing facilities stood out positively, the overall dining experience left much to be desired, leading to a less satisfying stay.

The hotel is, as the name would suggest adjacent to the worlds longest indoor ski run. The staff i encountered were all etrememely firendly and speak excellent english, have an enthusiasm about them that is not matched in many high profile hotels. The facilities are well maintained, clean, contemporary and welcoming.
Off season (ski season) the supporting services to the hotel are a little sporadic, the resturants / bars may be closed early, may not open or offer a reduced level of service that should not be expected from a hotel advertising four stars.

The Alpine offers excellent indoor skiing facilities. The location is perfect for access to slopes and dining options with a modern, clean room atmosphere. The on-site restaurant's a la carte menu featured quality dishes that impressed and elevated the dining experience, especially when compared to the less appealing buffet options.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service during peak hours.

The room was very functional, clean and perfect for a short stay. Modern design with wood and warm at the same time by using unfinished wood. Personel was very friendly. Good place to stay for an active holiday. Will definately return!

The indoor ski facility is fantastic and offers a unique experience. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The food options were lacking in variety and quality, and our room was not serviced daily, which impacted our overall experience. If you are focused on skiing, it's a decent choice, but dining options could improve significantly.

Nice staff- very helpful Room was a nice size
The breakfast we ordered for in the room did not arrive on time, when we wanted to call the reception we noticed that the phone was missing a cable so we had to call with our mobile. In return we did get a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience...

Very nice modern rooms, friendly staff, exellent facillities.
The double bed was two singles pushed together, very comfortable beds none the less, but horrible for falling down the middle when attempting to get closser to your partner. I really loved the place, you could come straight out of your room, down the stairs and into your ski boots. I really enjoyed myself but the beds did p**s me off.
